Glad to see your comment today. We can now breath easy because the judges ruleing came down today. E-cigs are being considered a tobacco product and not a drug delivery device. The judge also stated that the FDA does not have jurisdiction over importation and Sales of E-cigs. This Ruling has officially secured the continued legality of these fantastic products.

well said, I was a pack a day smoker for 10years once I got my titan 510 I have not smoked the real thing in months, When I first got it I doubted it as well But thanks to youtube I decided to give it a try, And it has been the best move in my life, The FDA can go back from the rock they crawled under, I would love a news channel to interview me about these and I would tear the FDA up on tv

I agree. Its all about the money. However I believe that the FDA will have a hard time getting ecigs classified as a drug device because in order for this to happen, nicotine would have to be classified as a drug. To be classified as a drug it would have to affect the structure or function of the body and nicotine does not. The FDA clearly has no jurisdiction in this matter.

the fda dosnt give a flying about saving lives. they want more money from tobacco lobbyists and tobacco lobbyists will give it to them so long as the fda protects the big business of giving people cancer at 7 dollars a pack.
